Important Information:

There will be a mandatory captains meeting Friday night:
For the Captains meeting, make sure someone on your team stops by the Ramada Inn on Friday evening anywhere between 8:30pm-10:30pm to get your player packet.

The room number of the captains meeting will not be issued to us til Friday, so look for a sign on the front door of the hotel to direct you to the correct room unless you hear otherwise.

As of Thursday the forecast for Saturday looks a bit grim. We have a rain-out date for the following weekend in case of bad weather, all fields are reserved for two consecutive weekends.

Peninsula Regional Medical Center (Go 13 North from the field sites, hospital is 5 miles up 13 North at corner of 13 and Carroll on the left.)

Food:

There are tons of places to eat along route 13, Ruby Tuesday, Wendys, Subway, Quiznos, Olive Garden Red Lobster, Uno's, Outback. Go 13 North from the university, food on both sides of 13.

Trash:

Every team will be issued trash bags, they will be responsible for picking up their own trash.

Dogs:

Must be kept on leash at all field sites.

Glass:

No glass or alcohol of any kind at any field sites, ESPECIALLY at Fruitland Primary School field site
